Hi! Thanks for your comment on my tomatoes at the Ann Arbor Farmers' Market. We, too, are eating as much organic and locally grown food as possible. Have you read Barbara Kingsolver's new book, Animal, Vegetable, Miracle? You would like it...lots to learn. We have a connection with the Boston area. Our children graduated from Harvard, Tufts Veterinary Medical School...our daughter, Jennifer, is a surgery resident at Tufts Veterinary Hospital in Grafton and she lives in Westborough. We will be there for Thanksgiving. Thanks for writing.

Hey, Sara,
Great idea! At least I'm #6 and not #106!
I'm too late, but since you've given me wonderful handmade gifts before, I don't feel deprived.
I'm making Christmas stockings for the
U of M Cancer Center, so I'll consider myself part of your PIF, anyway. Love your blog, as usual, and love you, too. :) ~ Mom
