...a picture of one of the newest members of my family, my new doggie nephew, all dressed up in his wedding day tux. And as my new sister-in-law is known for saying, "He is so handsome!" He is, really. And he was a really good ring bearer. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good shot of him with his top hat.
His sister Biscuit, the puppy my brother surprised Liz with along with an engagement ring, is a fun loving Border Collie mix who was also a very good female ring bearer, if a little rambuncious. She only barked once during the ceremony, at the most appropriate time when Tim and Liz were pronounced husband and wife. The groomsmen yelled "yee-haw" and she chimed in.
It was a really fun and beautiful wedding, and a very joyous occasion. So much celebrating and so much to celebrate. And as Liz declared to each of us after the wedding, "We're family now!" It feels good to have another sister-in-law, like my family is now more complete.
Some of my photos came out a bit blurry, since I was taking many of them in low light without a flash and because obviously I am far from mastering White Balance, settings, ISO, and Aperture. But oh well, weddings are a blur by their very nature. That's part of their charm.
